A bilingual school psychologist opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Richardson, TX. This contract position offers both part-time and full-time hours working with K-12 students. The primary focus will be on assessments, evaluations, and participation in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings. The role supports multiple campuses district-wide and may include involvement with the early childhood team.
Responsibilities Include
- Conducting 8-12 evaluations per month for students across K-12
- Participating in assessment processes and ARD meetings
- Supporting campuses or early childhood programs with psychological services
- Collaborating with educators and staff to provide comprehensive evaluation reporting
- Completing paperwork and reports, with flexibility for remote work during these tasks
Qualifications And Experience Desired
- Bilingual proficiency to effectively serve diverse student populations
- Experience working as a school psychologist in K-12 educational settings
- Familiarity with evaluation and assessment procedures without focus on counseling or cognitive/achievement testing
- Strong communication skills to participate in ARDs and collaborate with school teams
- Ability to work primarily in-person with occasional remote report writing
